YWCA Dayton recognized as Data-Driven Champion

YWCA Dayton is named a Data Driven ChampionYWCA Dayton is pleased to be welcomed into Social Solutions’ Data-Driven Champions program, which recognizes exemplary leadership in driving social impact through the use of data.Social Solutions Global is a cloud case management provider for social service organizations, and began the Data-Driven Champions program as a way to honor a select group of individuals that are using data to drive social impact within their organization.YWCA Dayton uses Social Solutions' case management software, Efforts to Outcomes, to keep data in one unified location and have an efficient way to track information and communicate.“Leveraging data to drive outcomes has the power to revolutionize the social good industry, and we want to showcase the individuals who are making real change in the communities they serve through their use of data,” said Dave Lutz, General Manager at Social Solutions.Courtney Griffith, YWCA Dayton Vice President of Rural Strategy and Violence Against Women, said an important feature of ETO is that it is customizable. YWCA Dayton has used the software not only for clinical case management, but to manage information about clients and services across nonprofit's range of programs."We frequently use it for grant reporting. Most grantors require different information to demonstrate how we used the money and our outcomes, and we wouldn't be able to maintain that funding if we did not ask the right questions and track that information," Griffith said.YWCA Dayton had a 73% grant application success rate in 2021, which is 20% higher than the industry average. The organization received $3.9 million in grant income that year.
