Body Talk: Trauma-Informed Yoga

Join us Thursday evenings for Body Talk, a free and confidential support group and yoga class. Body Talk is aimed at addressing the ways that trauma can live in the body. Virtual or in-person at the Fitz Center for Leadership at University of Dayton.

Survivors of Sexual Assault support group

This support group is held Tuesdays 6-7:30 p.m. The group is free, confidential and open to all survivors 18+. In-person and virtual options available.
